Lancaster Road NH DOT Project Public Meeting July 28, 2026

 NOTICE OF PUBLIC INFORMATIONAL MEETNG

THIS MEETING IS SCHEDULED TO DISCUSS THE PROPOSED WHITEFIELD 41582 PROJECT.  THE PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT IS TO PROVIDE ROADWAY AND COMPLETE STREET IMPROVEMENTS TO US ROUTE 3 (LANCASTER ROAD) FROM NH ROUTE 116 (JEFFERSON ROAD) 3,000 FEET NORTH.

 The meeting will be held at:

TUESDAY, JULY 28

6:30 PM (Doors open at 6 PM)

     The purpose of the meeting is to request public input and inform public officials and citizens about the proposed project. This will help ensure that project decisions meet public transportation needs, community goals, and protect and enhance the environment. This will be one of several community outreach opportunities for this project in your town.   NHDOT assures that this project will be administered according to the requirements of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and all related statutes to ensure nondiscrimination.

      This project may have an effect on cultural or historic resources that are potentially eligible for or listed on the National Register of Historic Places.  Individuals or organizations with a demonstrated interest in the potential impacts to historic resources have an opportunity to become Consulting Parties under Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act.  Additional information will be made available at the public workshop.
