TOWN OF WHITEFIELD, NEW HAMPSHIRE

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

2027 LAWN MAINTENANCE SERVICES

The Town of Whitefield is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for lawn mowing and grounds maintenance services for the 2027 season.

Properties to be maintained include:

Town Office & Fire Station                     Legion Field                   Commons (King Sq)

War Memorial                                         Cannon                          Library

Water Fountain                                       Highland Field              Park behind bank of NH

Brown St. Triangles                                  Fred’s Way Pump        69 Brown St. Pump

Grass Strip along sidewalk, Lancaster Rd - Myrtle St along

 Services include mowing, trimming, edging, cleanup of clippings, and general grounds maintenance. Contractors must provide appropriate equipment, personnel, experience, and insurance.

PROPOSALS DUE:\ Monday, September 21, 2026, by 12:00 Noon

The Select Board intends to review proposals at its September 21, 2026 meeting. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and is not obligated to accept the lowest-priced proposal.
